Sony Pictures has released the first trailer for “The Equalizer 3: The Final Chapter”. This will be star Denzel Washington’s final appearance as his character Robert McCall as “The Equalizer” franchise marks the only time Washington has worked on sequels.

In the new film, McCall (Denzel Washington) is struggling to reconcile the horrific things he’s done in the past and finds a strange solace in serving justice on behalf of the oppressed.

The new entry sees Washington reunite with his “Man of Fire” co-star Dakota Fanning. Also onboard are David Denman, Gaia Scodellaro, Sonia Ben Ammar, Remo Girone, Andrea Dodero and Eugenio Mastrandrea.

“The Equalizer 3” arrives in cinemas on September 1st.
