Second Trailer: “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” (2023)

Sony Pictures Animation has released the new full-length trailer for the highly anticipated animated sequel “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse”.

After reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man Miles Morales is catapulted across the Multiverse where he encounters Spider-Force – a group of Spider-People who aim to protect the multiverse.

When the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most. The new film is said to be packed with easter eggs from all sorts of incarnations of Spider-Man over the years.

Voice actors include Shameik Moore, Oscar Isaac, Hailee Steinfeld, Jake Johnson, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, Jason Schwartzman, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, Greta Lee, Rachel Dratch, Jorma Taccone and Shea Whigham.

The film is directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, and Justin K. Thompson and is penned by David Callaham, Phil Lord and Chris Miller with the latter two producing along with Amy Pascal, Avi Arad, and Christina Steinberg with Alonzo Ruvalcaba.

“Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” is scheduled to hit cinemas on June 2nd, and arrives ahead of “Spider-Man: Beyond the Spider-Verse” on March 29th 2024.
