Trailer: “The Killer” (2023)

Netflix has premiered the teaser trailer for “Se7en,” “The Game,” “The Social Network” and “Gone Girl” director David Fincher’s newest film “The Killer”.

“The Killer” is based on a graphic novel by Alexis Nolent and Luc Jacamon and follows a professional assassin (Michael Fassbender) lost in a world without a moral compass. He’s alone, armed to the teeth, and slowly losing his mind as he awaits his next target. After a fateful near-miss, he soon battles his employers and finds himself on an international manhunt he insists isn’t personal. 

“The Killer” features Michael Fassbender, Tilda Swinton, Arliss Howard, Charles Parnell, and Sophie Charlotte.

Andrew Kevin Walker, who previously worked with Fincher, penned the script. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross will handle the score.

“The Killer” is set to world premiere at the Venice Film Festival this week and then will release in select theaters in October ahead of its Netflix streaming premiere on November 10th.
